Pros

There are brilliant, well-meaning professionals that are dedicated to their communities that work here. Great work-life balance. Tons of professional connection opportunities. Great learning and development opportunities.

Cons

Huge disconnect between United Way World Wide values and local United Ways. Organization is white-washed and classist, (oddly enough). Complete disconnect between employees and communities served.

Pros

Help the community and learn about what not to do.

Cons

Hi turnover. Stressful. Everyone blames everyone else. Everything is last minute. Everything changes and no one is informed so it just creates more stress. CEO doesn't care about staff. She only cares about how she looks. Favorites are protected.
