      Very high turnover. Losing accounts constantly.

      Pros

      Management tries very hard to continue motivating but an uphill battle.

      Cons

      Highest turnover I have ever seen at a company. Losing accounts daily due to antiquated old school practices. Poor communication, little support. Still doing the 3 part payroll deduction forms from 20+ years ago. No one wants to be bothered with something that cumbersome.

      decent pay and benefits, good partnerships in meaningful areas

      Cons

      collective action requires more leadership. the ceo at the time was not a strong leader, and was routinely problematic. the staff demographics did NOT match the demographics of the communities they were serving, which would lead to tone-deafness at best and being very problematic at worst. it was discouraging to work as a person of color in the office (2017)

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are competitive with other nonprofit organizations in the Twin Cities. Most managers are wonderful, and there is a mutually supportive atmosphere.

      Cons

      Tense time right now (2019) with new LRP strategy causing organizational changes. Some executives and managers are not so great due to a disconnect with employees or poor management skills.
