Pros

Each UW has their own approach and priorities, which allows for different strategies to address issues in their communities.

Cons

The folks at worldwide make investments that have to be paid for by the local UWs, without their input or feedback. Smaller UWs often get left out of big decisions. Sexual harassment allegations at worldwide were not handled well.
