Pros

Laid back environment, familial relationships with co-workers, direct access to CEO, plenty of free food. The overall mission of the organization is great, it's deeply rooted in the community and there are no ulterior motives behind the work that they do.

Cons

Typical office gossip can sometimes seem overwhelming in such a small environment, cliques are prone to develop, it's easy to become the odd man out if you're not careful.

Pros

I only did it for credits but it's a great way to be a tax expert by talking to people and prepare their return. Those site coordinators were really helpful.

Cons

I feel their resources did not evenly spread out, because some of sites, like my place, had to take at least twenty taxpayers in the morning, and things got more crazy on April 15th.
