Pros
Great team and talent. They really hire top-notch nonprofit people and they are very innovative within the nonprofit community. It is a great company for professional development and you will create a lot of good community contacts. Benefits are pretty good.
Cons
The mission is muddy. There are a lot of hands in a lot of pots and there is poor communication from the executive team in terms of where the organization is going. Expect to take a full year to actually understand what the organization does, and after that year they will throw in something random that really changes things up without much explanation. Advancement seems to be given to people based on popularity rather than specific work that individuals do. You may expand your department and grow and advance but if you don't have the right work style and personality you will be overlooked. While pay is better than most nonprofits, after a perfect review the most you can get for a raise is 3%.
