Pros

Served on Advisory Board for UWCC-MLN - great organization and great group of agencies it supports. Volunteers play an important role in supporting and advocating for meeting the needs of those less fortunate in the LKN region and making sure our mostly affluent communities do not overlook those most in need in our towns.

Cons

None really, but could use more connection to main office in Charlotte for community assessments

Pros

The people that work at here are incredibly passionate about what they do. You'll work with people who are whip-smart and love their jobs.

Cons

The technology used is still being tailored to the needs of the organization, so it can be frustrating at times.
