Pros

The work environment is awesome as well as the people that work there. I enjoyed the worked I did for the community and would do it again in a heartbeat. The CEO is a wonderful person that is a pleasure to work with and really cares about the work that he does for San Bernardino County.

Cons

As far as cons, I would have to say that they need to employ people that live in the community in which they serve to better understand what focus points should be addressed. Surveys should be implemented to better help the community to bring more opportunities and trainings to needy families.
