Pros

The opportunity to bring together private and public sector to tackle some of the most challenging social issues in Dane County fosters collaboration and ownership. Therefore, Opportunities for networking for a greater purpose are priceless.

Cons

It is about who you know. There is some feeling of entitlement and arrogance across the organization. It is also way too political.

Pros

The organization has potential and there are definitely some very talented people working there. It is a great place to network and meet other leaders in the community.

Cons

No vision. The organization is constantly chasing new program opportunities and lacks the focus or the courage to do what is necessary. Lots of turnover mainly do to very little upward mobility.
