Pros

the good thing about united way is there is a verity of things you can do here and those range from HR to IT even Community impact you will enjoy perks of working here like going to other company HQ for tour and more.

Cons

There are no cons the leadership is great you just have to be energetic because that's the atmosphere we work everyone is fired up.

Pros

A very respected organization with a meaningful agenda and concrete action plans. The workplace is very diverse and effectively uses that diversity to its advantage.

Cons

Work life balance can be an issue for some. Making a clear connection between the organization's overall objective and an individuals work could be difficult to make.
