Pros

Co-workers in other departments were amazing. Generous, polite, helpful and always willing to help out in any capacity.

Cons

Management refused to offer training to sub-ordinate but always faulted employee for not knowing particular programs to complete assignments.

Great community involvement and connectedness, fantastic co-workers, great learning experiences, challenging and rewarding.

Cons

It is challenging to make ends meet with the salary; a second job is not feasible due to the time requirements for certain meetings.
