Pros

- outstanding mission (moving people from poverty to possibility) - good salary levels compared to the rest of the non-profit market - outstanding benefits - a great group of people work there--coming to work is a daily joy

Cons

- some people had a less pleasant experience than I did--this is very manager-dependent
