Pros

Good work environment, corporate feel, great connections. Overall a great workplace for those in non-profit, especially if you can find yourself the right spot. Affordable benefits package.

Cons

As all non-profits, compensation is on the low end. Would like to see greater HR involvement in staff development. May be a little too political at times.

No defined career paths. Hard to get promotions. Top down management styles. Employee ideas not valued. Lack of cohesion amongst the different teams.
