      people there are very friendly

      Cons

      UWMC advertises hope, but people working there have no hope for any career advance. The whole management is extremely low efficient. And most of people working there don't even have a qualified degree! It is a really cheap organization. Don't get fooled by job title such as project manager, coordinator and etc. Even the entry level job will render you a manager title. If you are really serious about career future and you are capable, don't waste your time there!!!

      Pros

      Been around awhile with lots of local connections. It's a good place to get experience and use those connections to get a better paying job.

      Cons

      Most of the jobs are low paying. Morale is at an all time low. The organization is top heavy with managers.

      A great organization for agencies who need funding- but a bit more challenged in the employer area.

      Pros

      really works for working moms. Fairly flexible with the work from home policy. Understanding overall of life situations. Some really intelligent and well connected employees.

      Cons

      In a constant state of change. Seems to operate like a start up. Not very transparent about the few growth opportunities that are available. The work load nowhere near matches the salaries.
