Pros

Good place to work if you want the experience of working at a nonprofit and getting a taste of all nonprofits

Cons

Highly competitive but that is to be expected. You will be required to do a lot and you will be expected to deliver

United Way Worldwide (formerly United Way of America) is a place with terrific co-workers who possess tremendous drive and idealism.

Cons

While at United Way Worldwide, it seemed quite obvious to all that there is little room for advancement within the organization.
