Pros

Decent pay for a call center

Cons

In Texas over half of your calls are incorrectly routed to United way. These calls are for food stamps and Medicaid. The amount of calls for that is insane. Completely inefficient, you get to get yelled at by angry people who aren’t even trying to reach you. This is a sure way to make your employees burn out. Then when you finally get calls seeking resources there are next to none in each city. Management refuses to acknowledge the absurd amount of incorrectly routed calls as a problem and seem to have a fairytale view of the resources available.
