      Pros

      Great entry level position. I learned a lot of program and project management, conducting community needs assessments and evaluations, how to use SPSS software, and how to coordinate and liaise with stakeholders and partners. I also had an opportunity to present final reports and give presentations in front of the Board of Directors.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for growth and very low salary for entry and mid-level positions.
