Horrible Exec Leadership - Only care about their vanity

Pros

Somewhat helps the community prosper. (They take a massive portion for themselves).

Cons

Rebecca and Jennifer are running UW Dallas into the ground. So many tenured employees jumping ship over last few months since Rebecca took over as CFO. No budget for anything while Jennifer Sampson makes millions. The exec team is in this for the vanity, not to help the community. Not a very diverse office at all. Doesn't pay OT when legally required to. If you aren't part of the Karen cut clan, you're a minion.

Pros

I enjoyed the work and pay was decent

Cons

They didn’t give me a chance to learn the way they wanted things done. Fired for no reason
