Pros

The Community Impact team truly works hard to make positive change in KC and surrounding area.

Cons

Current leadership had a huge disconnect with employees. They promote and support employees they’re friends with but leave others hanging. If you are having health or personal issues, they’ll make no effort to assist you and find accommodations. They offer appealing benefits and celebrations to keep employees happy enough to stay. At the end of the day, it’s not the inclusive and generous culture it appears to be at first.
