Gave me the opportunity to learn how to be a manager

Cons

No sense of respect for managers work life balance. Will make you work 70+ hours, even if fully staffed. Senior management will take you for a ride and apply pressure without giving you the proper tools to be successful. Horrible health benefits, with high deductibles. After being a manager for 3 years, I was only permitted to accrue 1 week of PTO.

The pro is you can be extremely poor at your job and potentially get promoted if management likes you or has no other choice. When you’re understaffed they put the next next best in line.

Cons

Claims pay is the best, pay is below market average. Try to cut cost at the expense of the sales people and rides the coat tails of claiming it’s T-Mobiles fault.
