Pros

The company is enormous. It's almost always possible to switch to another team doing slightly different work if your current team's duties stop interesting you. Lots of room for input on processes! The security org in particular is very willing to listen to new perspectives and make adjustments. The inclusion value on the website isn't a lie; the company is committed to involving diverse voices (at nearly every level short of the most senior executive leadership). Fortune 3 looks good on a resume.

Cons

Raises are scarce, even in years with record inflation and revenue growth significantly outpacing it. The company is so large that communication between teams is often slow and baffling. Within the security org it's possible to just run out of room to advance without moving into management. Astoundingly bad health insurance benefits, considering that it's their product.
