Pros

Great coworkers and great company

Cons

Upper management does not consistently demonstrate supportive leadership behaviors. There is a noticeable gap between the organization’s stated values around authenticity and inclusion and the lived experience of employees. Employees do not feel psychologically safe bringing their authentic selves to work, despite messaging that encourages it.

Pros

Engaged market leadership looking to make a difference. Your voice is heard. They give each market room to do what is needed. Compensation is above average.

Cons

Frequent upper leadership changes/re-orgs and shifts in priorities (understandable but could be better managed). Convoluted systems to manage, review, innovate, and develop products.
