Pros

Great culture Inclusive Collaborative Remote work

Cons

Poor Benefits Poor Merit Increases Market Value is depreciated- Leaders and HR are out of touch with todays lower middleclass household incomes. Lack of integrity- More benefits are removed with the promise of higher merit increase 3-4 years in a row. The company still has yet honor that year after year. Pay for performance model is not working as it should. If the overall company is not doing well, people/departments meeting goals and expectations still suffer.

Pros

Supportive team culture with good mentorship and exposure to large-scale enterprise systems. Strong focus on compliance, security processes, and documentation. Opportunities to work with industry-standard tools and frameworks. Work-life balance is generally respected, and internal mobility across teams is possible.

Cons

Career growth and promotions can be slow and highly process-driven. Compensation growth may lag behind market for high performers. Decision-making often involves multiple layers of approval, which can slow innovation. Some teams are dependent on legacy systems, limiting exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
