Felt like I was just a number to them, they are so worried about numbers/data and don't spend time listening to employees. We had so much turn over in our dept. within a year. Having workforce management breathing down your neck and every second of the day monitored and evaluated made me feel like a child. Never Again!

Zero work life balance. Expect to not get any time around the holidays off, even if you have the PTO to take. If you want to take PTO, you have to ask 3 months in advance and probably still won't get it. This company doesn't pay out for unused time so you're encouraged to donate (aka give away your time) when management won't let you use it. You are disciplined for calling out sick even with a valid doctors note. My coworkers and myself have gone to work throwing up in trash cans because it's impossible to take time off without getting in trouble. The pay is terrible for the workload that you're expected to do. Every year your numbers go up and you're expected to do more in less time. Also, every year your raise and bonus are a little less due to budget cuts. The benefits are awful. They only offer high deductible plans and have taken their healthy incentive plan (that saved some money on premiums if you met criteria) away. Management has unrealistic expectations of employees (as they've never done the job itself so they have no idea how it works) and they do not give instruction. They refer you to typed documents if you have questions. If you mess something up because of this there's he** to pay. Literally impossible to get another position unless you know someone. There is no room for advancement-good work is rewarded with more work and requests that you work overtime. Everyone is a terrible person because they hate working their job so much. EVERYONE. When I worked in the office there was at least one panic attack a week from someone, and a lot of people are on leave for stress. Meetings. You're held to strict productivity schedules, yet, you're forced to sit in HOURS of weekly meetings that do absolutely nothing. They don't adjust productivity due to this. The job itself is busy work and getting yelled at by management, customers, and providers. It's not a call center but you're expected to take calls that come in. Finally, they have installed tracking systems on computers that keep track of idle time, who you're talking to and how long, what websites you're going to, and click counts. Total invasion of privacy. So even if you are getting your workload done, if you're idle, you're in trouble. Better ask for extra work. Ps they didn't tell anyone when they did this. You're pretty much encouraged not to take your 15 minute breaks. This place is awful. I wake up sick every day thinking of work.
