Its sheer size offers unlimited job growth in a variety of fields. Almost 2,000 job openings daily. A leader in its field.

Cons

Pay is only okay because it is health care. You give up pay but get stability.

Pros

Ingenix employs really solid talent. My colleagues, co-workers, management are all a very solid group of well educated and stellar professionals. There is a phenomenal talent pool here. The sense of team is very strong too. This is definitely a great family to work with, albeit a little dysfunctional at times.

Cons

Expectation to do more with less. Everyone is doing way more than their job requires. Nobody is afraid to work hard but the volume of work and staffing to accomplish it is not reasonable. Bandwidth is a huge challenge and the goals everyone is expected to attain are not insignificant!

-Endless opportunities for advancement - Challenging work - Generous PTO allotment - Most managers are supportive and really do a great job helping with career development and mentoring

Cons

- The absolute WORST health benefits I've ever dealt with, and I've worked in the health insurance industry for many years. HIGH per person and per family deductibles with 80/20 coinsurance after the deductible is met. Anything not a very basic preventative service is subject to these deductibles and coinsurance rules. - Flexibility is based on who your manager is. Some are downright old fashioned 9 to 5 for everyone type managers while others allow telecommuting for entire teams. - Incompetence is unfortunately not dealt with properly.
