Pros

They have free coffee and tea bags, around twenty days personal time off, and in the City of Irvine which is closed to Newport and Huntington Beach.

Cons

There is no respect from the management team toward mules. Terrible training program need approval by all team leader, manager, director, and finally CIO. Functional Teams refused to communicate with each other.

Pros

Great opportunities for work/life balance. The company is very large so there are many opportunites for internal job transfers or promotions. The company is also very invested in telecommuting.

Cons

Poor pay. Poor bonuses. Poor benefits package. Health benefits are a joke. They are forcing everyone into HSAs so that the company has very little responsibility for providing any health care coverage at all. Every year an employee survey is conducted which is a joke because every year employees convey dissatisfaction with the compensation package and nothing is ever done about it. As a matter of fact, upper management completely disregards that portion of the satisfaction survey results
