Pros

Good work life balance, work load is reasonable, can work from home, good peers.

Cons

It seemed like the group, I worked in was an island. They had no sense of direction and we spent time just tagging onto projects across the organization for project hours. The management of the team I worked, was not a stakeholder on any key projects and hence not much interesting work and challenges for the staff to work on.

Pros

The only thing I can think of is it's a Fortune 25 company and it's a recognizable name on your resume.

Cons

Not many good technical persons. Non-technical managers at least at my location. The pay isn't great and there's outsourcing to India.

Pros

They do an ok job of attempting to bring people to a higher level of satisfaction, but they only do it to keep people busy and working, the care factor is low.

Cons

The pay and raises are terrible. If you have potential, you leave. I have to fire people with a great deal of experience, because they are lousy employees, but they are the only ones who stay.
