Pros

High-profile projects, many businesses within the group. Dynamic. Ambitious people.

Cons

Cutthroat competitiveness that starts at the top and never stops. If you want to spend half your day making sure someone else gets the blame that something didn't complete the day before it actually began, and you don't mind sacrificing others, it might be the place for you. Benefits are appalling for a healthcare company. Corporate infrastructure is a morass.

Pros

Large company with a diverse culture and sizable career growth opportunities. The company has embraced telecommuting and lots of employees take advantage of this opportunity. Ingenix has several offices across United States, UK and India.

Cons

As with most large companies, it is difficult to get things done quickly. Looking back at my time spent working for a smaller company, I realized just how much more efficiently one can operate in a small company.
