      Decent place to work, but the benefit options are bad.

      Pros

      Flexibile work schedule and work at home opportunities. Management at every level seems to understand that you can't always be at work.

      Cons

      Knowledge sharing between divisions isn't what it should be when multiple divisions are working on the same project. Too much "knowledge is power" attitude going on, and seems to be supported by inividual's managers.
