Pros

Great work life balance, offers challenges to explore, flexibility, empowerment to innovate, reasonable pay master, great scalability, positive outlook

Cons

bias and favouritism, incorrect growth practises, irrational HR practises, increments should be bi-annual and bonuses should increase. No policy on higher studies or PG sponsorship or tie-ups with leading B schools

Pros

Great work variety, travel opportunities are abundant. Vast number of projects to work on and growth can be fast paced for the first five years.

Cons

Growth can slow down after five years due to very intense competition. Like any consulting firm, will have to put in long hours and show results to grow.
