Pros

This position had OK pay (particularly if you worked overtime) and flexible hours. I got along with most of my colleagues which made it an enjoyable work environment.

Cons

Sticklers about having your phone at your desk and logging out every time you get up from your seat, even if you were going to get a glass of water. Contract work so you are not guaranteed future employment.

Pros

Management is friendly and approachable. They do not micromanage but they do expect quality performance. Free parking. Room for advancement within the UL company, if you are interested. Flexible hours. Minimum required hours-37.5 and can work up to 50 hours a week. Open 7am-7pm.

Cons

The new office space feels a lot like a call center. One large open space with rows of computers and chairs.
