Pros

The management is very kind, approachable, and team oriented. They really set you up for success. My co-workers are all very pleasant and everybody helps each other out and works beautifully as a team. Because of how well everyone works together I think the clients really do get the most and best quality out of choosing UnitedLex. Everyone is invested in doing their best everyday. There is a sense of community at UnitedLex. Document review work is always a little tenuous being that there is never a guarantee that there wont be a gap in time between projects but the biggest gap I have had in 3 months is 2 days. They do everything they can to keep current employees by giving them consistent work. They hold regular CLEs for the whole staff. I have a disabled child and the management has been very kind and accommodating of my needs which has meant the world to me. I really can't say enough good things about UnitedLex

Cons

I have no cons to share. The flexible schedule and regular opportunities to work weekends and over time are an added plus. I have no complaints.

Pros

The people are great. The job is relatively easy. Hours are flexible (outside of "core" hours).

Cons

The work can be boring. Lay offs can come out of nowhere. However, they try to get you back ASAP. The pay is terrible, but that is nature of doc review and not the company.
