Pros

UnitedLex are really attentive to their employees, even though we were sourced at the client location, it felt like a team. I, personally, really appreciated the opportunity to gain Relativity Certification through employment here. There is accountability and a sense that you go as far as how hard you work. My offsite co-workers sourced at other clients were often very cordial and helpful despite having really never met me face to face. Opportunity to work at client offices and law firm environment while working for a vendor.

Cons

Salary and promotions are really dependent on client side, not much UnitedLex can do about it. Same thing with hours and work/life balance.

Pros

Used to have excellent peer group from top tier institutions, not any more.

Cons

0 work-life balance, PMs threaten to degrade your ratings even after successful project completion for personal gains, no professionalism, have faced one of the worst corporate politics with zero transparency. Difficult to switch jobs if you haven't have expertise elsewhere. Caution! freshers .No matter how much they pay, don't screw up the beginning of your career by joining this firm.
