      Pros

      UnitedLex (Cyber Risk Solutions specifically) is fantastic at lettings employees grow in technical knowledge as well as client soft skills. I found management incredibly supportive, both of my professional and personal growth.

      Cons

      UnitedLex is still making a name for itself in the Cyber world, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. I think the team is going to have a much higher profile soon. I expect to see many good things.
