      Pros

      friendly work culture with an average employee age of 24 Different job opportunities within the organization You get to learn new technologies and deal with patents a lot.

      Cons

      work allocation is uneven between employees pay is low for the type of work done in a niche domain the work is fragmented and at times there is no continuity of the project. As an associate you may just handle some part of the project midway and then wait until client responds back.
