      Pros

      UnitedLex is a fast growing company that gives it's employees a lot of room to work, grow, and to advance. I feel I learned more during my two years of employment, than with any other employer. It's fun to be a part of a company that is evolving to newer and bigger things.

      Cons

      Because of it's rapid growth, it sometimes can feel challenging to keep up with the change.

      Pros

      When the project ends, they try to roll you over to the next one to minimize lapse. Very easy going, willing to train and work with attorneys.

      Cons

      Salary not competitive, hours not flexible.

      Far from ideal Sales environment

      Salary and benefits are fair and at market. Good breadth of service offerings.

      Cons

      The President receives COMMISSION on sales so its an almost cannibalistic sales environment bc his ego is off the charts. He fired the best EVP they would rver have in just a year b/c he felt his "power" being threatened. The CEO also thinks he's all that and a bag of chips and they really don't care about anything but themselves. The attrition is glaring across all departments and that concerned me from the start. They are having a very hard time attracting worthy sales talent due to a terrible reputation.
