Pros

There are few companies where regardless of your territory you have the opportunity to make a significant income. Unitrends is still a small company and can give you the opportunity to fast track your career. The company is going through a rebuilding phase but promotions from within, new additions in the channel, and salary adjustments are helping to turn things around. The Kaseya acquisition is quieting down and I expect things to settle.

Cons

With every month being the most important month of all time it can be tiring as growth at every cost is the primary driver. Pipelines are quickly burnt through to try and jam as many deals as possible for end of month robbing Peter to pay Paul, burning partner relationship bridges, and can be frustrating for customers. Teams are not connected as they should as channel, marketing, and sales have conflicting quotas. If this can be turned around the company can unite.
