Pros

Starting pay is okay, won’t change much. Students you work with are great and keep you motivated.

Cons

Management is not open minded and toxic. No room for growth despite what they say. Incentives include: pizza parties. Only focus on the future, not the now. Keeps employees in the dark. High employee turnover.

Best online classes, poor pay

Pros

The setup of the outline classes is the best I have encountered, they have taken the time to organize the classes so student can thrive in this environment.

Cons

After ridding themselves of the full-time faculty a few years back, they now run on adjuncts. The pay, as is common with adjuncts, is poor.
