      Pros

      Dedicated faculty and great staff. Amazing to work with. All environmental focus.

      Cons

      Recent restructure and lack of mission. Not willing to invest in sustainability research or vision, only in business ventures. Abusive president.

      Pros

      Some really great people -- in particular faculty -- committed to students and the organization's mission.

      Cons

      Very authoritarian top down Mgmt. -- not very supportive of staff collaboration/interaction or staff development. Inflexible about work hours and telecommuting.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, enjoy the students, feel like you're making a difference as the college focuses on sustainability and the environment.

      Cons

      Pay a little lower than average, but it is a smaller school. A lot of initiatives on campus, with many of us participating in multiple activities, so sometimes feel spread a little thin... but enjoy the work. Health benefits are pricey.
