Mission is good. Kids that are there need a strong community and res life staff are excellent.

Low salaries. Everyone on edge and nobody trusts anyone.

Pros

Great people to work with, enjoy the students, feel like you're making a difference as the college focuses on sustainability and the environment.

Cons

Pay a little lower than average, but it is a smaller school. A lot of initiatives on campus, with many of us participating in multiple activities, so sometimes feel spread a little thin... but enjoy the work. Health benefits are pricey.
