It is a growing College so you know that you have job security. The people who work here are very nice and are great to work with.

Great students, and Motivated students

Cons

Awful administrators. Unity college goes through Deans like an alcoholic goes through booze. Faculty schedule is a mess. No communication from Deans. Faculty never knows what to expect. They run this place like a carnival. Stay away...There are much better places to teach at.
