Middle management (GMs, Directors) is complete chaos. <<< this is the problem area Worldwide company that seems to have payroll and tax issues in most jurisdictions outside the US at least from time to time. The supporting systems are just a mess. Constant reorgs. Over reliance on business segments like ads and multiplayer hosting that until recently have obscured poor performance in most other segments in the company.
