Pros

Smart people, generally trying to do the right things and deliver value for customers.

Cons

Upper leadership - anything above Director - full of competing fiefdoms and agendas that were not aligned to the actual overall good of the company. Somehow MW still works there despite an amazing amount of damage he's done. When it came time for layoffs due to overall mismanagement, they were incredibly sloppy and poorly handled.

Outstanding benefits, values, work-life balance, peer promotion process • Passionate and caring employees • Culture of iterative improvement

Cons

Turmoil after becoming a public company in 2020 (too many acquisitions, layoffs, unprofitable quarters). Hopefully Jim's changes create the necessary focus to improve financials and key products.
