Pros
Pay and benefits were good. Nice co-workers, some who were a joy to work with. If you find yourself able to stay and management is good, it can be a really pleasant place to work.
Cons
During my time Unity was a big company with trouble defining its vision for the future, struggling to keep pace with its main competitior. The many waves of layoffs were not a great thing to experience, though hopefully they won't be a problem in the future. I had an abusive manager for a period who that made my (and many other co-workers') experience miserable, and it took a very long time for them to be held accountable.
