Pros

-Still a focus on world impact -Pretty good benefits and respected experience

Cons

-Feels corporate and abides by the whims of C-suite leaders -Individual bonuses given to directors and above will influence crunch and work horks for lower individual contributors -Uses the term "Unity Family" when layoffs will happen to objectively well-performing creative teams -Recruiting and HR are regularly unresponsive

Pros

- Strong work, life balance. Most people don't feel overwhelmed or overworked - Good wfh flexibility - benefits are very very solid - really interesting projects and work going on

Cons

- the promotion and raises are... awful. They usually have competitive, high starting salaries, But getting meaningful raises or promotions is difficult. The merit cycle process is not good at all. - things feel a little messy. Organization and company alignement isn't strong. Feels like a lot of little companies rather than one big one. Not very cohesive - the people are meh. Not a very fun company

Pros

Culture is good (not work culture though)

Cons

I know many cases internally of people not being compensated accordingly as well as many leaving for this reason
