Pros

Company reputation in the industry is really high, colleagues are some of the industry’s best overall, work/life balance is good in general, pay is ok and commission is not too bad.

Cons

Senior managers are sometimes lack of the vision, strategic thinking and planning, and an attitude to be down-to-earth that are needed to make things work. Employees are sometimes in short of the essential professional training that are badly needed to make them excel. Communication across different functions and time zones can take forever and makes people feel frustrated and helpless.

Pros

Amazing team and work environment. Fast communication between members in different offices. A lot of food available. Training and free resources available for your growth

Cons

Salary Increase is only based on performance, it does not matter if you have colleagues that are doing the same and gaining 38% more than you, Unity is not open to revaluate your salary (If you're facing this issue is better to look for another role position or company) -Incentives or commissions on ensuring revenue were not used on my team.

Not much, travel was allowed.

Cons

Some of the most jealous and deceptive people I have met! I have not dealt with so much crap my entire career. HR allowed passive bullying to continue with advice of just ignore it. I was asked by a VP to add a good company review as they were getting too many bad ones! Management cares less about your low pay, reviews or career progression. Zero ongoing training, career plan or KPI's leaving you to just do your own thing.. even if you do great there is no mention of formal reviews and you'll be chasing for follow up for months on end. Low level managers are really just a joke!
