      Pros

      - Talented people who truly drive for excellence - Incredible product that is fueling the future of technology - Communication from executives is better than I've seen at other companies - True to their core values

      Cons

      - Changes happens frequently. It's just part of the growth, but sometimes it's hard to keep up with who sits in what business unit, what they own, and why. - The upcoming plan to move back into the office is strict. It's unfortunate for those who have been successful working remote.

      Company still has good engineering talent

      Cons

      Since the IPO, company just wants to move too fast and people are being treated like commodoties, a very typical American culture has creeped in.
