Very relaxed work culture that encourages growth and respects the connection between personal wellbeing and development to performance and work.

Cons

Deadlines are a bit slow but I'd rather bide my time perfecting a product than create something half baked on a time crunch.

Pros

I was getting through the remote interview and hiring process. Everything went smooth and the team has really adapted very well to onboard employees remotely. Everyone was treating me with respect and interviews was more a comfortable experience than a hard test!

Cons

Sometimes there were misfortunes with scheduling my calls but it could be forgiven due to the company scale and the fact that they were solved quickly.
