Most employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The benefits and pay were great. Communication was good for the size and global distribution of the company.
Cons
Too many layoffs (not uncommon for tech) and a lack of accountability by some managers for workers underperformance and non-value oriented behavior

Lots of layoffs Lots of project without users, they're shooting in the dark in a lot of directions People working on those projects for too long are somewhat disconnected from the big picture of the company and creates a weird micro culture
