I work in Accounts Receivable. I was hired as a contractor and within 6 months I was a permanent employee. Within another 6 months I was promoted to a supervisor. Hard work is recognized at Univar. This company is extremely people oriented. There are excellent career opportunities at Univar Solutions. The employee recognition is awesome. Management spends a lot of time mentoring you and helping to expand your industry knowledge. Work/life balance is important to the company as well. We have a hybrid work environment, meaning we get to work a couple days a week from home. If you have a great work ethic this is the company for you!
