Pros

There are excellent people to work with. There are lots of systems in the cloud and Univar is keeping inline with the recent data strategies while moving away from the old storage like Mainframes, etc. The benefits are great and the bonus, stock options are awesome!

Cons

Too many mid management changes in the 5 years I was there.
